Agency Mail Triage Operations Assistant
The Agency Mail Triage Operations Assistant provides support for receipt and triage of electronic and paper mail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Review, analyze, sort, and prioritize incoming mail
Respond to and/or forward mail to the appropriate area for handling.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting to changing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience:
High School Diploma
Some college preferred or equivalent job experience
