• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to various departments, including HR, finance, and customer service.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support company objectives and initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Experience in a start-up environment or with scaling business operations.
