Operations Associate
Sernett Wealth Management, a comprehensive financial planning firm in Cedar Falls, IA, is hiring.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work with clients and colleagues to ensure proper account opening procedures and documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day client service requests/tasks (meeting prep, case notes, data input, trade review, etc.).
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain compliant files.
- Contracting, licensing and designation oversight and tracking.
- Vendor and subscription management.
- Ongoing and year-end metrics tracking and reporting.
- Sales and marketing support.
- Work within a collaborative team environment for the benefit of our clients
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous financial services experience with insurance and securities licenses preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous client service and/or operations experience
- High ethical and compliance standards are a must
- Technologically saavy
- Ability to work independently
