Operations Associate

Sernett Wealth Management, a comprehensive financial planning firm in Cedar Falls, IA, is hiring.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work with clients and colleagues to ensure proper account opening procedures and documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day client service requests/tasks (meeting prep, case notes, data input, trade review, etc.).
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain compliant files.
• Contracting, licensing and designation oversight and tracking.
• Vendor and subscription management.
• Ongoing and year-end metrics tracking and reporting.
• Sales and marketing support.
• Work within a collaborative team environment for the benefit of our clients

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Previous financial services experience with insurance and securities licenses preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous client service and/or operations experience
• High ethical and compliance standards are a must
• Technologically saavy
• Ability to work independently
