At CED Systems, we are committed to supporting the nationwide deployment of 5G networks, providing essential infrastructure for enhanced connectivity. We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team and play a key role in streamlining our operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations and administration of the office, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including resource screening, resource allocation, and data management.
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to project operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Operations Manager in the implementation of operational strategies and processes.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Support financial tracking and reporting, assisting in budgeting and expense management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excel skills are a must
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft environment including SharePoint, Teams, etc
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Task management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
