Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. You will assist with logistics, data management, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of daily operational tasks and projects across departments.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to inventory, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and tracking key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, customer service, sales) to streamline processes.
- Help identify and troubleshoot workflow issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems, tools, and workflows
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with operations or inventory management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
