Job Title: Operations Building Specialist
Location: Doral, Florida 33166
Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/evenings)
Travel: Local travel (Miami area) 20%

Responsibilities:

• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for optimal operation.
• Perform monthly water pump inspections and maintain inspection logs.
• Oversee and inspect work by contractors (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning).
• Conduct repairs, preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs.
• Maintain energy-efficient building systems and lighting.
• Perform minor repairs (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC).
• Keep inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance statuses and update work orders.
• Manage Facilities Maintenance System and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work with tools.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in teams and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software.
