Operations Center Specialist Apply
The Operations Support Specialist will support our centralized control center. This team serves as the real‑time operational hub for field activities, providing continuous monitoring and performance optimization across frac fleets, sand mine operations, gas substitution systems, and customer‑facing platforms. Working in a technologically advanced environment, this role is responsible for proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, operational coordination, and performance improvement initiatives that directly impact safety, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a rotational role which will require the individual to work a 14 days on/7 days off schedule. Essential Responsibilities Continuously monitors equipment such as frac pumps, blender units, hydration units, mine processing equipment, gas substitution systems, and critical frac equipment systems. Track operational data streams to detect abnormalities, failures, or performance degradation. Initiate alerts and coordinate with field teams to mitigate risks and prevent downtime. Support predictive maintenance efforts through data-driven insights. Serve as a communication bridge between field operations, engineering, maintenance and leadership. Maintain situational awareness across all active sites. Education and Experience Experience in hydraulic fracturing, oil & gas operations, or industrial control environments. Strong understanding of pumping equipment, engines, or production systems. Ability to interpret real‑time data and trends. Excellent communication and decision‑making skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience with SCADA systems, telemetry, or remote monitoring tools preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to work a rotational schedule (14 days on/7 days off). Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Must be able to adhere to process protocol.
