ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - You are responsible for managing and conducting background checks for potential employees. This includes verifying criminal history, employment records, driving records, and professional licenses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires reviewing and processing background check reports, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues as necessary. Your duties will include the following:
- Processing background checks
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and ongoing, accurate reporting
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Possess intuitive. strategic, and organized project management skills
- Have a results-driven, task-oriented approach
- Utilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Administrative experience in human resources, or operations a bonus
