Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Canonsburg, PA 15317
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Support Venue Construction Team on multiple projects.
  • Provide special reports and updates to supervisor and internal teams.
  • Assist with job entries and updates in CRM.
  • Prepare project reports and slide decks as requested.
  • Handle administrative tasks (issuing POs, processing invoices, updating trackers, CRM).
  • Take meeting notes and provide minutes to the team.
  • Initiate supply chain processes for venue projects (bill of materials, quotes, POs).
  • Manage material orders, track deliveries, and facilitate material movement.
  • Track and report budget status for venue projects.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or project management support.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
