Job Title: Fiber Construction Administrative Support

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Hybrid (Mon & Fri: WFH, Tues-Wed-Thurs: In-office)

Top 3 Skills: PO creation & tracking, invoice tracking, finance experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fiber Construction Team on multiple projects.
  • Provide special reporting for customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with job entry and updates in CRM.
  • Ensure project milestones are met to hit delivery timelines.
  • Handle miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
  • Help with access arrangements for major projects.
  • Prepare slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
  • Oversee daily office operations: mailing, supplies, building access, repairs, event planning, visitor support, and employee inquiries.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and provide minutes.
  • Log off-site personnel entering remote locations.

Experience/Education:

  • 1-3 years in an administrative or project management support role.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based, with physical demands including walking and sitting.
