Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (Mon & Fri: WFH, Tues-Wed-Thurs: In-office)
Top 3 Skills: PO creation & tracking, invoice tracking, finance experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Fiber Construction Team on multiple projects.
- Provide special reporting for customers and internal teams.
- Assist with job entry and updates in CRM.
- Ensure project milestones are met to hit delivery timelines.
- Handle miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
- Help with access arrangements for major projects.
- Prepare slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations: mailing, supplies, building access, repairs, event planning, visitor support, and employee inquiries.
- Take detailed meeting notes and provide minutes.
- Log off-site personnel entering remote locations.
Experience/Education:
- 1-3 years in an administrative or project management support role.
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Conditions:
- Primarily office-based, with physical demands including walking and sitting.
