In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance. Employees will have the opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k retirement savings plan effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
