Close Proximity to MRT Career Growth within the Organization Vibrant and energetic work environment As an Operations Executive (Facility Services), you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring timely service delivery that consistently meets company and client standards. Manage and coordinate site supervisors and cleaning teams, including manpower planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and attendance management. Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices. Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively handling feedback, inquiries, and service recovery to ensure high customer satisfaction. Conduct routine site inspections and safety risk assessments to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Handle on-site issues and incidents effectively, including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting. Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective inventory control. Ensure the proper maintenance and optimal functioning of cleaning equipment, tools, and facilities. Prepare and present regular operational and management reports to support decision-making. Undertake ad-hoc operational duties as required to support overall business objectives. Requirements Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field, with experience in cleaning or facilities management preferred; holds a valid Class 3/3A driving licence and possesses basic financial knowledge. Flexible to work weekends and early hours; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ; able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent time management; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
