Responsibilities1) Aggregator Onboarding & Activation• Handle end-to-end onboarding of restaurants on Swiggy, Zomato, and otherdelivery platforms• Create and manage restaurant IDs, brand listings, and menu setup• Coordinate commission negotiations and approvals with aggregator teams• Ensure successful go-live activation within defined timelines• Track onboarding pipeline and status updates2) Documentation & Compliance• Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation• Maintain audit-ready records for internal and external stakeholders3) Financial & Payout Coordination• Support finance team• Track aggregator payment cycles and discrepancies4) POS & Integration Management• Handle POS integration and dashboard setup (UrbanPiper / similar platforms)• Ensure menu syncing across aggregators and POS• Troubleshoot integration issues• Coordinate with tech and aggregator support teams5) Virtual Brand Operations Setup• Enable partner restaurants to operate Dil Foods brands• Coordinate brand activation• Ensure restaurants understand SOPs, recipes, and dispatch process6) Dashboard Monitoringo Manage operational dashboards like: Aggregator panels, POS dashboards,Performance tracking tools etc.7) Cross-Functional CoordinationKey Skills Required• Strong understanding of Swiggy/Zomato onboarding workflows• Experience with POS tools (UrbanPiper preferred)• Knowledge of restaurant operations/cloud kitchens• Documentation handling and compliance understanding• Strong coordination & follow-up skills• Good Excel & dashboard handling skills• Process-driven and detail-orientedCandidate Preferences• Candidate should be graduate in any field• Worked in: Food tech, Cloud kitchen brands, Aggregator onboarding teams,Restaurant operations• Experience managing multiple outlets/brands simultaneously• Exposure to virtual brands / franchise operations is a plusKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Time taken to activate new restaurant partners• Number of successful go-lives per month• Integration accuracy rate• Documentation completion TATWhy This Role Matters at Dil FoodsDil Foods grows by activating more partner kitchens and running virtual brands from them.The onboarding executive ensures each restaurant becomes operationally ready,technically integrated, and financially configured to start generating revenue quickly.This role directly impacts:• Supply growth• Revenue expansion• Brand presence across aggregators• Partner success
