With a strong presence across multiple geographies, Agrocorp specializes in sourcing, processing, and trading agricultural commodities worldwide.Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end trade operations, documentation, and supply chain coordination. The role requires strong expertise in import/export documentation and Incoterms. This is a pure operations role with a strong focus on execution, compliance, and supply chain management.The position is based in Gurgaon; however, the candidate should be open to relocation within India or to Dubai in the next 2–3 years based on business requirements.Key Roles & Responsibilities•Handle complete import and export documentation processes.•Ensure accurate preparation and verification of shipping documents including Invoice, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin etc.•Ensure compliance with Incoterms (latest version) and contractual obligations.•Manage end-to-end shipment execution as per contract terms.•Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, inspection agencies, warehouses, and transporters.•Track shipments and ensure timely execution as per contract schedule.•Ensure documentation accuracy as per sales contract and importing country requirements.•Monitor vessel schedules and manage shipment timelines.•Handle and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements including customs regulations, DGFT requirements, and export-import policies.•Manage and coordinate domestic operations, including inland logistics, local transportation, warehouse coordination, and supply chain execution within India.•Liaise with internal stakeholders including Traders, Finance, and Logistics teams.•Resolve operational discrepancies and proactively report delays or issues.•Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Required Skills & Competencies•Strong knowledge of Import/Export documentation.•Good understanding of Incoterms.•Knowledge of local compliances and Indian EXIM regulations.•Exposure to domestic supply chain operations.•Strong coordination and follow-up skills.•High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Preferred Qualifications•Experience in Coffee and/or Cocoa trade operations preferred.•Prior experience in agri-commodity trading industry is an advantage.•Graduation in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
