This field-based role focuses on training, merchandising execution, quality, and shrink reduction, ensuring every Produce department reflects our commitment to organic integrity, freshness, and an exceptional guest experience.If you're passionate about organic produce, love developing teams, and thrive in a hands-on, multi-store environment, this role is for you.Salary: $70,304$80,000 (DOE)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & in-store discountsWhat You'll DoTrain & Develop TeamsTrain Produce Managers and teams on organic handling, food safety, FIFO, culling, and trimmingDeliver hands-on training sessions and store walk-throughsSupport onboarding, retraining, and performance improvementMerchandising & ExecutionExecute and uphold Mother's Market produce merchandising standardsEnsure displays are fresh, abundant, clean, and visually compellingMaintain accurate signage, pricing, organic labeling, and COOL complianceBuild seasonal and promotional displays that drive salesEnsure weekly ad plans are fully executedQuality, Shrink & OperationsIdentify shrink opportunities and implement improvementsMonitor product quality, freshness, and display conditionsSupport ordering accuracy, inventory management, and forecastingEnsure compliance with food safety, organic certification, and company SOPsAssist stores with corrective action plans when neededCollaborationPartner with Store Managers, Produce Managers, Merchant Teams, and Operations LeadershipCommunicate best practices, updates, and store-level feedbackWhat We're Looking For3+ years of produce experience in a natural or organic grocery environmentExperience in field merchandising or department managementStrong knowledge of organic produce standards and handlingProven ability to train, coach, and influence teamsExcellent merchandising, organizational, and communication skillsMulti-unit management experience a plusServSafe or food safety certification preferredComfortable traveling between store locations and working varied hoursProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Physical RequirementsAbility to work in refrigerated environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to squat, kneel, bend, reach overhead, and perform physical merchandising tasksAbility to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team membersSchedule RequirementsFlexible availability across various shifts and locations including weekends and eveningsWhy Join Mother's Market?You'll be part of a mission-driven company that values wellness, sustainability, and outstanding customer service.
