We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Finance Co‑op in Breinigsville PA. This is a 6‑month co‑op, running from July – December 2026. Looking to gain real‑world experience in auditing and risk management? Join The Boston Beer Company as an Internal Audit Co‑op and help us ensure strong internal controls across our business. You’ll work alongside experienced auditors, learn industry best practices, and make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. What you’ll Brew Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis. Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision‑making. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business. What Success Looks Like You deliver accurate, timely work and quickly learn key financial processes. You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do. You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations. You complete a project that leaves behind a lasting impact. What Ingredients You’ll Bring Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus. Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience in financial planning & analysis in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to cost accounting, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Opportunities to work directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. Professional mentorship and coaching to support your career growth.
