The Operations Graduate Program (OGP) is a 15‑month program offering intense learning opportunities where you will gain a holistic view of our operational and logistics activities. You will work with the manufacturing technologies of tomorrow, building the products of the future – electric, connected, and automated. In parallel you will grow through individual and team development sessions. You will experience several local and international on‑the‑job rotations and work on business‑critical projects that develop your competencies for tomorrow. You’ll dive into areas such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, continuous improvement, supply chain, aftermarket parts and remanufacturing operations. You will also gather with other participants for trainings and events that build your future career at Volvo Group. OGP starts in August 2026 and this position will be located in Macungie, PA. This program does not offer current or future sponsorship. Individuals with temporary visas or who require sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible. What You Will Do As a Digital Transformation Data Engineer, you will develop manufacturing technologies that align with Volvo Group’s ambitions in emerging technology. You will support the Manufacturing Engineering Technology development team to develop their roadmap and technology transformation. In that perspective, you will prepare the implementation of product and process changes with operational teams in the plants, and you will interact with Volvo Group Design departments. You will participate in our journey to achieve excellence by developing the Mack Production System in the Engineering environment. You are expected to think outside the box to bring moon‑shot ideas that deliver business value through innovation and technology. Requirements B.S. or M.S. degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related engineering program Graduate(s) between May 2024 and May 2026 Maximum of two years of working experience, prior to or after graduation Fluent in English and an international mindset Strong verbal and written communication skills What’s in it for you?
