ATI is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit at our Washington, PA facility. This position is responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce in day-to-day operational activities in a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of safety, quality, and productivity as well as problem solving during an operational shift. This position has strong long term growth potential. Additional Responsibilities Ensure a safe working environment through observation and management Address any equipment breakdowns or failures with the correct maintenance or engineering functions to support operations Initiate investigations into disciplinary or safety related issues Basic Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisor role Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities & work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.
