Opportunity THE OPPORTUNITY: The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance jobs between operations and maintenance for weekly and downtime schedules. They manage the cost of storeroom purchases and ensure alignment between department maintenance needs and budget requirements. The OMC will collaborate primarily with paper machine and maintenance personnel. Responsibilities Management of preventative, routine, and scheduled downtime maintenance schedules. Safety/Housekeeping Performance Management Cost Management Cross department collaboration Behavioral Competencies Safety – Models and promotes a safe and responsible work environment, uses required PPE, reports issues, and maintains clean work environment. Composure – Maintains composure in challenging or high‑pressure situations, manages stress well, and avoids defensiveness or frustration. Managing Diversity – Treats people fairly, demonstrates respect and inclusion when working with diverse individuals, supports equal opportunity and inclusive hiring. Ethics and Values – Models core values through ethical decision‑making and trustworthy behavior and demonstrates integrity and respect in all situations. Integrity and Trust – Is honest, reliable, keeps confidences, admits mistakes, and communicates truthfully. Listening – Listens actively, patiently and with collaboration and accurately reflects others’ viewpoints whether in agreement or disagreement. Written Communications – Writes clearly, concisely, and effectively in a variety of communication settings.
