Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our firm’s operational processes. This individual will oversee the daily operations and work closely with the leadership team to support the firm’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and other third-party service providers to maintain seamless operations. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the firm to ensure smooth and efficient functioning – i.e. serve as initial point of contact for advisors and support staff needs; collaborate with leadership to help execute. Lead the onboarding project for new advisors and contractors to the firm – e.g. technology, internal processes, custodian setup, etc. Implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Manage billing for clients and advisory teams. Serve as point of contact to help execute marketing plan including but not limited to social media, Levitate, etc. Research and identify marketing strategies for firm to implement to drive organic growth. Technology and Systems Oversee the firm’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning effectively. Implement and manage CRM systems and other technology tools to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT support to resolve any technical issues promptly. Strategic Planning and Implementation Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary. Assist in the development of business continuity plans and ensure preparedness for any operational disruptions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the financial services or wealth management industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in financial software and technology systems, including CRM platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
