Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually + performance bonus & company vehicle

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee project delivery, profitability, and team development. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and per scope, while fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Team Leaders across multiple markets.
  • Support Sales Target Projects.
  • Manage project execution, financial performance, and KPIs.
  • Resolve client and business issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
  • Honest, self-driven, detail-oriented, and punctual.
  • Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and professional presence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team success.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years in BAS, with 2+ years in management.
  • Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
