Compensation: $70–80K annually + bonus incentives

Serenity is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all interactions. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive on structure, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

 No industry-specific experience required. We provide training on our systems and processes. 

 

About the Role 

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring workflows run efficiently and consistently. 

You’ll play a key role in creating a structured, high-performing environment where both team members and clients have a positive experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow execution 
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while holding them accountable to performance standards 
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data to drive improvements 
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and supportive experience for every client 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance 
  • Maintain a structured, organized, and results-driven environment 

 

Requirements 

  • 10+ years of operations, management, or people leadership experience 
  • Proven ability to manage performance, metrics, and process improvement 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 

 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience in service-based operations (hospitality, retail, or similar) 
  • Background in multi-unit or high-growth environments 
  • Experience leading teams through change, growth, or scaling operations
