We’re seeking a seasoned and reputable Operations Manager to take on a senior leadership role in overseeing our entire installation division across the Orange County area. This is a strategic, full-time position for a highly experienced professional who not only understands the remodeling and installation trade but is deeply connected within the industry.
You’ll recruit, build, train, and manage a high-performing installation team. This role requires extensive experience in home remodeling, a hands-on background in kitchen and bath installations, and a proven track record in team leadership, recruiting, and operations management.

We’re seeking a seasoned and reputable Operations Manager to take on a senior leadership role in overseeing our entire installation division across the Orange County area. This is a strategic, full-time position for a highly experienced professional who not only understands the remodeling and installation trade but is deeply connected within the industry.
You’ll recruit, build, train, and manage a high-performing installation team. This role requires extensive experience in home remodeling, a hands-on background in kitchen and bath installations, and a proven track record in team leadership, recruiting, and operations management.
- Lead and manage the full installation department, including strategic planning, staffing, and performance oversight
- Recruit, vet, and hire skilled installers, leveraging strong industry connections and recruiting knowledge
- Train and mentor new and existing installation crews to ensure top-tier craftsmanship and professionalism
- Oversee all bath and shower installations, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Create and manage installation schedules, optimize crew deployment, and manage time-off requests
- Handle procurement and ordering of all materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage warehouse operations
- Ensure proper documentation, permitting, and CRM updates for every project
- Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and support teams with complex installations or service needs
- Monitor job costs, service trends, and crew performance to drive continuous improvement
- Foster strong customer relationships, conduct follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction and referrals
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align business goals, streamline processes, and improve efficiency
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in home remodeling and installation
- Strong industry reputation and network, with the ability to attract and recruit top installation talent
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a strong emphasis on accountability and mentorship
- Expert knowledge of kitchen and bath systems, remodeling processes, and construction best practices
- Experience in ordering materials, warehouse management, and vendor coordination
- Plumbing knowledge highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
