Portfolio & Operations Manager This is an on-site role at WHQ, with WFH Fridays currently permitted. Flexibility is required as Client policy may change, and ETWs may be expected to work on-site 5 days a week. Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Portfolio & Operations Manager to support a 6-month project. This role will focus on streamlining operational processes, driving efficiencies, managing contracts and payments, and creating impactful visualizations to support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills, along with a proven ability to navigate a matrixed corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Lead onboarding to tools and processes during the first ~90 days, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Analyze and enhance workflows across the team and broader organization. Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Apply a change management approach to support transitions to new processes. Visualization & Communication Develop executive‑level presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint. Create dashboards and operational insights using Airtable or similar platforms. Communicate effectively across a matrixed organization, including senior leadership. Contract & Financial Management Manage contract lifecycles including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals. Oversee payment processes and vendor relationships. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 89 years minimum experience in operations management or related field. Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in navigating matrixed organizations. Expertise in PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations. Experience with Airtable and/or Smartsheet. Solid background in financial management (budgeting, forecasting, planning). Proven experience in SOP documentation and process efficiency. Prior Client experience preferred. Experience with vendors in a corporate business operations context is ideal. Desired Soft Skills Collaborative nature and team‑oriented mindset. Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. Ability to multitask and adjust tasks due to reprioritization.
