• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards and customer specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to identify and address any production issues.
• Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to meet production targets and business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management level role with a focus on plastic blow molding operations.
• Must have a hands-on mentality with strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long durations of time, and perform other physical tasks as required.
