A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Division Manager to lead and grow its plumbing operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in commercial plumbing construction who is looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large commercial plumbing projects while leading field operations, project teams, estimating, scheduling, and client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, and supporting continued growth throughout the region. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the Plumbing Division, including project management, field operations, and business development. Oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project financials, forecasting, budgets, labor planning, and overall profitability. Develop and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field personnel. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives. Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Preferred Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience. Leadership experience managing project teams and field operations. Strong background in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and financial management. Experience overseeing large-scale commercial plumbing projects. Master Plumber License strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Stable work history with demonstrated career progression. Project Experience Qualified candidates will have experience delivering projects such as: Hospitals Airports Data Centers High-Rise Buildings Mission Critical Facilities Industrial Facilities Universities and Higher Education Campuses What You'll Find Leadership role with significant autonomy and influence.
