We're seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our production floor and elevate our operational performance. What You’ll Do Lead and optimize daily CNC machining operations in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace environment Ensure compliance with NADCAP and AS9100 standards and customer-specific aerospace requirements Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multi-axis machining centers Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement strategies Mentor and develop machinists, supervisors, and support staff Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet tight-tolerance specs Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control Manage tooling, maintenance, and machine utilization to maximize uptime Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence What You Bring 7+ years of CNC machining experience, with 3+ years in aerospace operations leadership Expertise in tight-tolerance machining and specialty metals (e.g., titanium, Inconel) Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and CNC programming fundamentals Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., JobBOSS, Epicor) and production planning tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Certifications: Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or Certified Manager (CM) preferred Software Proficiency: ERP systems, MS Office, CAD/CAM exposure Why Join Hydro Fitting Competitive salary, based on experience Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Work on mission‑critical aerospace and defense components Be part of a legacy of precision, quality, and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
