Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the logistics and supply chain, and ensure efficient processes and timely deliveries. The role includes coordinating with the production team, supervising the workforce, maintaining quality standards, and fostering client relationships to ensure service excellence.
