Specializing in high-end residential and commercial pool and landscape design/construction, our vision is to deliver personalized, innovative spaces that enhance our clients' daily lives. About the Role: The Operations Manager is responsible for all construction operations at Red Leaf Developments. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees the full lifecycle of construction - from preconstruction support through project delivery and warranty - ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Red Leaf's exacting quality standards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong construction expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating closely with design, preconstruction, office staff, trade partners, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all construction operations. Build, lead, and hold accountable high-performing construction and field teams. Ensure project success- encompassing schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. Manage company and project revenue and margin goals. Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients. Foster a team culture that maintains Red Leaf's core values: Accountability Excellence Bring the Energy Strong Relationships Committed to the Process Qualifications: 10+ years of construction experience. Design-build, landscape, hardscape, or pools strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and complex projects. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and quality control. Financially savvy with experience managing margins and costs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Google Sheets, and construction project management software. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar organizational frameworks is a plus. High emotional intelligence with leadership-level communication skills. Physical Requirements: The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day). All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.
