Description This Operations Manager will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day operations across production, procurement, logistics, and safety Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput Ensuring fabrication activities are meeting engineering and quality standards Monitoring production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation [ Overseeing supplier performance, purchasing, and inventory levels Collaborating with engineering and project teams to support execution Leading cross-functional communication to resolve operational challenges Promoting safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance Developing, mentoring, and managing operational staff Profile A Successful Operations Manager will have: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience Experience in industrial equipment or process systems manufacturing Background managing fabrication, logistics, and procurement Strong knowledge of regulated or quality-driven environments Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and communication skills ERP/MRP systems experience (NetSuite preferred) Job Offer Base salary $100K-$130K 10%+ bonus potential 20 days PTO + 10 sick days High-growth, stable business (20-25% YoY growth) Visible leadership role reporting to President Hands-on, "doer" culture with real impact Clear opportunity to shape evolving organization Apply today to be considered within 24 hours!
