The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team at Waybound Yosemite, located next to Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, California. In this role, you will serve as the primary host of the property, ensuring every guest feels like an insider and reinforcing Waybound as an intimate destination for meaningful connection. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations—including lodging, food and beverage, retail, and overall guest experience—while working hands‑on with teams to deliver strong operational performance, financial success, and exceptional service. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $78,400 – $105,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
