Job Description

This is not an opportunity for those who want to simply "blend in" within a larger organization. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to come in every day, drive the progress of ASC, be rewarded for doing so, and make a difference in the world we live in.

About ASC

ASC is an industry leader in accident reconstruction, product safety analysis, vehicle and component testing, crash simulations and animations, and product design and development. ASC is relied upon for complex forensic and engineering analysis. We reconstruct accidents, analyze physical and environmental forensic evidence, and use the laws of physics to validate or disprove legal claims. We provide comprehensive solutions to complex challenges regardless of size and scope.

Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Manager role, based on-site in Flemington, NJ. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline daily office operations and processes to ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include resource allocation, process improvement, project management, team management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a law firm, forensic engineering firm, or similar professional‑services environment and is comfortable taking ownership of office and project operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations, office management, or practice management in a professional‑services setting (e.g., law firm, forensic/engineering firm, or related field)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage numerous tasks and deadlines effectively with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in workflow optimization, process improvement, and project management methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with forensic, engineering, or legal industries is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary, bonus eligibility, 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Growth Path

As ASC continues to expand, all team members have the opportunity to grow into higher-level roles, leading teams, managing client relationships, and shaping divisional strategy.
