Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, related field or similar years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, products, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to hance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems and CRM software.
- Must have active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Must work on-site
