You will serve as a subject‑matter expert across operational functions, identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the member experience, and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will analyze challenges, implement effective solutions, and keep leadership informed of key trends. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team. They are collaborative, adaptable, and confident navigating complex situations, building strong relationships across departments, with vendors, and throughout the organization.
