Days , 7:00am - 3:30pm , some option to work remote Scheduled Hours per Week: 40 hours At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $35.94-$53.91 excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth. The Operations Manager Inpatient services assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of multiple inpatient units. Duties include weekly payroll, recruiting coordination, budget management, quality reporting and trending, ordering specialty supplies, project management and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast paced and high volume area in the hospital. We are looking for a motivated self starter who has a strong ability to work independently and show initiative. This role collaborates with the Clinical Director and Nurse Managers, as well as with the Director of Business Management for Patient Care Services. Education and related experience: Knowledge and skill in data collection and analysis Knowledge of project management principles and practices Information technology skills Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated leadership in managing staff groups and projects or initiatives Excellent interpersonal skills Open to a collaborative work style Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of LEAN methodology MH offers competitive pay, a robust benefit package, generous paid time off and free parking.
