Role Description

SHORES M.D.S is expanding its Site Services Division and is seeking an experienced professional to lead its continued development. This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position based in Kemah, TX. The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing division development, and managing day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and managing turnaround, maintenance, or capital project teams, including planners, schedulers, coordinators, safety technicians, administrative staff, and QA/QC personnel.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, building and leading project teams, preparing and submitting proposals, monitoring employee and project performance, assisting with new client acquisition, and supporting existing client relationships.

Successful candidates will be energetic, positive, ambitious, well-organized, and possess strong communication skills.


Qualifications

  • Operational management skills, including team leadership, workflow optimization, and strategic planning
  • Maintenance and turnaround leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and construction management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Team building experience
  • Business development experience
  • Prior experience in services support or the service-based industry is an advantage
