We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our growing team and ensure our day-to-day operations continue to reflect the high standards our customers expect. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with experience in the home services industry (HVAC, electrical, or related trades) who can balance people leadership, efficiency, and financial performance. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations across service, installation, and support teams to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer experience. Partner with ownership and leadership to develop, manage, and monitor budgets, including operational and financial performance. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and growth. Lead, mentor, and support department managers and team members, fostering accountability and professional development. Collaborate on staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to support business needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and company policies. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management efforts across departments. Promote a positive, team‑first culture rooted in trust, service, and long‑term relationships. What You Bring: 5+ years of leadership experience in the home services industry (HVAC, electrical, generators, or similar). Proven experience managing operations, teams, and budgets. Strong understanding of field service operations and customer service best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable using operational software and data to drive decisions. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on, day‑to‑day leadership. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
