Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years’ related experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting
Previous multiple department supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) preferred
Schedule flexibility is a must
Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
Driver's license
Experience with maintaining a budget and labor controls and costs
Customer service and interpersonal relations
