Qualifications Minimum of three to five years’ related experience At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting Previous multiple department supervisory experience Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) preferred Schedule flexibility is a must Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently Driver's license Experience with maintaining a budget and labor controls and costs Customer service and interpersonal relations In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
