Responsibilities Lead and supervise Route, Relief, Overnight Express, and Bulk Drivers, and Warehouse Staff across shifts. Provide direction, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance. Oversee facility and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Manage operating expenses and maintain consistent procedures to guarantee high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school education or equivalent. Experience in warehouse operations, tractor/trailer management, and beverage vending is advantageous. Valid Driver's License and health card; satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check required for Vehicle Safety Policy compliance. Class A CDL preferred but not required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset to navigate distribution dynamics. Salary and Benefits Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
