The Role The Operations Manager leads and develops a multi-level operations team, building engagement, capability, and accountability, driving consistent execution and continuous improvement. This role partners cross-functionally with departments such as Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Success, and IT to align strategy and day-to-day decisions in support of operational priorities and organizational goals. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours. Job Functions Lead and develop a multi-level operations team, coaching supervisors, setting expectations, and driving engagement, accountability, and performance Support consistent quality and productivity across operations, through oversight of leaders and their teams Collaborate with senior leadership to build and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows that support efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Success, Training, and IT to align priorities, resolve issues, and support operational decision-making Provide administrative support, oversee system access, security, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor operational efficacy and customer experience, triage escalations, remove roadblocks, and resolve time-sensitive issues under pressure Use KPI reporting and analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and inform operational decisions and improvement initiatives Support initiatives, including peer review coordination and quality measures as needed Provide operational insights to strategic planning, long-range initiatives, and execution of company goals Participate in leadership and operational meetings, communicating updates to policies, priorities, and performance expectations in a timely manner Support talent processes including interviewing, selection, training and development planning, performance management, and disciplinary actions and separations Preferred Talents Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, organizational, and interpersonal skills paired with excellent time management Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, drive operational execution, and lead through change Experience using KPI reporting and operational metrics to define challenges and improve performance Strong working knowledge of privacy and confidentiality practices in a regulated environment, including HIPPA Qualifications Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare discipline or equivalent experience is considered in lieu of education 3+ years of people leadership experience including leading leaders and/or managing multi-layer teams Experience supporting PACS administration or similar clinical/health technology Radiology field experience Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement and profit sharing Paid time off and flexibility to support your personal life Fuel for your day with company sponsored lunches & snacks #J-18808-Ljbffr
