Role Summary The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in waterproofing or restoration and will be responsible for managing P&L, driving revenue growth, and building strong operational teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant opportunity to scale branch operations and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.
