Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment. Optimize plant performance by developing and refining maintenance procedures. Oversee plant budgets, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage contractor relationships and coordinate plant outages. Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the highest operational standards.What You Bring: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in plant operations or maintenance. Boiler operator experience (high-pressure boiler license is a plus). Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing ladders, site inspections). Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a continuous process environment.
