Join us as an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager and take charge of a biomass power station supplying locally sourced renewable energy to New England.Why Join Us? Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the highest operational standards.What You Bring: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in plant operations or maintenance. Boiler operator experience (high-pressure boiler license is a plus). Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing ladders, site inspections). Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a continuous process environment.
