Our client, a fast-paced, high-growth firm, is seeking a strong Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions and drive efficiency across the organization. This individual will serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring workflows are optimized, teams are aligned, and operations run seamlessly across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple business lines, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Manage team performance, including accountability to KPIs and overall productivity
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements across workflows and systems
- Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring best practices are followed firm-wide
- Monitor pipeline activity, workload distribution, and case/project flow
- Partner with leadership on reporting, analytics, and operational strategy
- Oversee internal systems and tools, ensuring accurate tracking and usage
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment between teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts
- Maintain a structured, professional, and solutions-oriented environment
- Uphold a high standard of client experience and internal operations
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of operations or management experience (professional services environment preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Process-driven with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability
- Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with CRM or case management systems (Filevine or similar a plus)
Compensation:
- $75,000 – $120,000 base, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus potential
