ConnectUs is looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our warehouse and operational infrastructure.
\n\n
This is not a traditional warehouse management role.
\nWe are seeking a hands-on operational leader who thrives on fixing broken processes, implementing technology, eliminating inefficiencies, and building scalable systems.
\nOur warehouse operation has significant opportunities for improvement. We need someone who can assess the current state, identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, introduce technology, and create a high-performing operation capable of supporting future growth.
\nThis role is designed for someone who wants to build something meaningful, create lasting impact, and grow into a Director of Operations leadership position.

You will be responsible for evaluating, redesigning, and improving every aspect of warehouse operations.
\nThis includes:

- Assessing current workflows and operational bottlenecks \n
- Eliminating inefficiencies and non-value-added activities \n
- Improving warehouse layout, flow, and productivity \n
- Reducing manual processes through technology and automation \n
- Establishing scalable operating procedures \n
- Creating operational visibility through reporting and KPIs \n
- Driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement \n
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to transform operational performance, not simply manage day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline \n
- 5+ years of operations, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience \n
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes with measurable results \n
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environments \n
- \n
- Experience transforming highly manual or inefficient operations \n
- ERP or WMS implementation experience \n
- Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience \n
- Warehouse automation or workflow automation experience \n
- Project management experience \n
- Inventory control and warehouse optimization expertise \n
- Experience creating KPI dashboards and operational reporting \n
- Cross-functional leadership experience \n
