LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Processing Specialist that will be responsible for completing standard transaction and fulfillment processing activities, including the movement of assets into and out of client accounts. Candidates may bring relevant financial services experience or possess relevant internship and/or education (Finance or Economics degrees). Job Responsibilities
- Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Process incoming onsite mail, including deposits, and provide operational support to ensure timely and accurate handling of client materials.
- Respond to client inquiries across multiple communication channels, supporting operational efficiency and delivering quality service.
- Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine research requests.
- Identify potential issues during daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns appropriately.
- Provide general operational support such as mail sorting, routing, and distribution.
- Demonstrate professional presence through clear, well-written email communication.
- This role provides high-quality operational support to internal business partners and external clients while ensuring accuracy, service excellence, and adherence to established procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.
- 1-2 years' relevant experience, education (Finance or Economics degrees), and/or internships.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective written communication skills for professional correspondence and documentation.
- High degree of accountability, ensuring all assigned requests are completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to independently analyze situations and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong performance.
- Strong research capabilities, with the ability to navigate internal systems to gather necessary information.
- Awareness of operational risk, including the ability to identify and escalate potential risks appropriately.
