Overview Cetera Investment Services is currently seeking an Operations Associate to join our team and provide Mutual Fund support to our clients and representatives. This is an exciting role where you will help to create raving fans by delivering excellent service to our clients and contribute to the company’s goal: build and maintain client loyalty by creating the world’s most referable platform. This position is located in St. Cloud, MN. Responsibilities Daily processing of work associated with the department. This may include processing trade corrections, systematic purchases and redemptions, shareholder change of dealers, and rep changes Ensures that any rejected trades and trade corrections are processed in a timely manner Researches and resolves issues in mutual fund operations area. Work independently within the team without requiring outside assistance. Participate in special projects as assigned. Provide training support on department process and system navigation. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Education Required High School diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in an office environment 1+ year of experience with MS Office Proficient in Excel Nice to have Really catch our eye with: Understanding of administration business and comprehensive knowledge of company products and services Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and our role in it Strong oral and written communication skills Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
