Operations Project Manager

Most construction companies talk about execution. Very few actually build roles around improving it. This is one of those roles! We’re hiring a Project Operations Manager in Cincinnati, OH to take ownership of how projects are delivered across the business. You won’t be focused on one job. You’ll oversee multiple projects and lead Project Managers to drive better execution, consistency, and results. In this role, you will align labor, equipment, and schedules across jobs, identify and resolve issues before they impact performance, and bring structure to job costing, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll work closely with field teams, dispatch, and leadership to improve how projects are planned and executed. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact. You’ll help develop Project Managers, drive accountability, and influence project performance across the company while working directly with executive leadership. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years in construction or heavy industry, 5+ years in leadership, and strong experience managing multiple projects along with job costing and financial oversight.
