Operations Project Manager

Leading the planning and coordination of high-impact operational projects, the full-time remote Operations Project Manager will develop project plans, manage warranty-related activities, and ensure operational readiness across solar, wind, battery energy storage, and gas assets. Key responsibilities Drive project readiness by leading upstream planning activities and developing detailed scopes of work Serve as the operational lead for complex OEM warranty campaigns and coordinate technical documentation for warranty claims Develop strategic pre-work plans for outages and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline 3-6+ years of experience in technical project management or operations planning within utility-scale energy or heavy industrial environments Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet Strong understanding of project controls and complex operational project execution Familiarity with utility-scale technologies including solar, battery energy storage systems, wind, or gas generation assets
