General Program Overview This program supports a U.S. Naval Aviation organization by delivering advanced data analytics, modeling, and decision‑support capabilities that improve aircraft readiness, maintenance planning, and sustainment outcomes. The team works with complex, multi‑source data to identify trends, forecast workload and cost drivers, and develop actionable insights that help leaders make better‑informed operational and resource decisions. Operations Research Analyst – Senior Role Overview The Senior Operations Research Analyst serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading complex analytical efforts that support mission‑critical readiness, sustainment, and cost decisions.
