Operations & Sales Manager

Leaders Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor that's done right by Chicagoland homeowners and businesses for 30 years. We're growing and looking for one driven person to step up with us as an Operations & Sales Manager. This is a hands-on role for an experienced roofer — likely a foreman or crew lead who already sells a bit on the side and is ready for more. You'll jump on new leads, meet customers, inspect roofs, prepare proposals, and help run jobs, working side by side with the owners, with real room to grow as you prove yourself. It's a great fit for someone with the drive to run their own thing someday who'd rather build it with an established 30-year company behind them than start from scratch. What you'll do: Respond fast to new leads — call, schedule, and get out to inspect Meet customers, assess roofs, and prepare proposals Help run jobs from sale through completion and keep customers informed Help us pursue new commercial work Keep our pipeline and CRM organized What we're looking for: Real roofing experience — foreman or crew-lead background Already sells a bit on the side and is ready to step up Strong with people and a clear, professional communicator Responsive, organized, dependable — you don't let a lead sit Entrepreneurial and driven to take on more over time What we offer: An established, stable 30-year company and a hands‑on team Base salary plus performance‑based earnings Real room to grow as you take on more Roofing experience required.
